Renters are attracted to Holy Homes through word of mouth, focused marketing, promotion through Catholic & Christian networks, and community events.
Renters do not need to be Catholic to reserve a home. They only need to agree to the guest pledge.

“I understand this home has been blessed and shared in a spirit of Christian hospitality. I will treat it with respect and follow the house rules, including any owner restrictions on parties or events. I understand that I can be rated as a guest by the owner and/or experience provider.”
Every renter agrees to this before booking.
How listing will work
Listing your home takes just a few short steps. Your progress will save as you go, so you can stop and come back if needed.
- Owner profileYour name, photo and a few sentences on why you share your home.
- Property basicsType of home, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities. Your address stays hidden until a booking is confirmed.
- PhotosA simple checklist: every room, the views, and the crucifix, prayer corner or chapel.
- Description and spiritual amenitiesWhat a stay feels like, plus the nearest parish, Mass times and shrines.
- BlessingThe name of the priest or deacon who blessed your home, about when, and how to reach them. It stays private. Not blessed yet? We will point you to nearby parishes.
- House rulesEvery guest agrees to respect the home as a blessed place. Add your own rules, including any restrictions on parties or events.
- Rate and calendarWe suggest a rate from similar homes nearby. You set your own, and can sync a calendar you already use.
- Homeowner agreementRead and sign our agreement. It covers the 15% Holy Homes fee, your role in approving guests, liability, cancellations and how disputes are settled.
- Review and submitPreview your listing as a guest will see it. Holy Homes reviews it for inclusion in our 1st Quarter 2027 launch!
